"I have been weightlifting for 7 years. Over that time I’ve competed in powerlifting competitions, winning gold medals, breaking state records, and becoming a nationally ranked lifter. For the past 2 years my training has transitioned to more of a bodybuilding style training, focusing on building size and aesthetics over strength. Through my years of lifting I’ve accumulated a large amount of knowledge and techniques when it comes to training, and how to get an effective workout to yield progress.
