Welcome to Rock Solid Physique! As a life-long fitness advocate and health nut, I've dedicated over 20 years of my life to muscle and body development and transformation. Fitness is more than a passion, it's my way of life. Fitness has been a temple of self-care and personal growth for me, and it's something I have wanted to share with others for years.
Through my own journey in fitness, I have earned multiple certifications including NASM, ACSM, ISSA, and ACE- these certifications cover dietary coaching to exercise prescription to personal training. I have attended college courses and read every related book. I have explored what it means to develop a body that is specialized to one's desires and as a personal trainer, what a journey into fitness means to each separate individual. I feed my hunger for knowledge in my field by surrounding myself with top professionals to better understand the interrelations between different sports, relative injury prevention tactics, health concepts, and concerns, and to understand what range of motivators a person might have to fuel their aspirations. I have had the privilege of learning from a number of physical therapists, massage therapists, nutritionists, cardiologists, and Olympic athletes.
At this stage in my life and in my professional career, I am focused on giving as much of my experience and knowledge back to my community and continuing to grow my skill set so I have more to offer. Right now, my services include individualized diet coaching, customized training programs, in-person training sessions, fitness consultations, and youth-focused training classes.
